This year, for the first time, there will be an evening session on the Wednesday night before the meeting (the 24th) which has been organised by the recently elected IACR Junior Council. This session focuses on the many career paths available to cancer researchers (particularly post PhD) and on communicating our research to the wider community. This session targets young and new members to the cancer research community, providing a forum for older more experienced researchers/CEO’s/patients to pass on their experiences and advice, through a short talk and a discussion panel. It promises to be great.
