Renowned textile artist Fiona Turley has donated four uplifting designs for this year's Christmas card campaign in aid of cancer research.  These cards allow you to send your greetings of the season to family, friends, work colleagues and clients whilst supporting Cork Cancer Research Centre at the same time.

Each pack contains 8 cards, with 2 cards of each design included in the pack. The recommended donation per pack of cards is €7.00.  All proceeds raised through the sale of Christmas cards goes directly to cancer research programmes conducted at the Centre.

Fiona will be launching the 2009 Christmas card campaign on Sunday, 29th November 2009 from 2.00pm – 6.00pm at the Gallery Crafts Studio in Kilworth, Near Fermoy, Co. Cork.

The launch will be a festive occasion and visitors will be able to enjoy some mulled wine, tea and coffee, and festive bites during the afternoon. The Kilworth Folk Choir will be performing outside the Gallery Crafts Studio from 4.00pm to 6.00pm weather permitting, and Grainne O’Connor has kindly volunteered to serve some festive nibbles for visitors from 4.00pm to 6.00pm as well. All are welcome to attend and to enjoy the spirit of Christmas.
